History
Founded in 2003 as a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) consultancy and software provider, GRM began as the UK and EU distributor of Vanderplaats R&D Optimisation Software. In conjunction with GRM’s core capabilities of advanced simulation and design optimisation, we have enjoyed continued expansion of our products and services. We now provide software development, turnkey product design and prototype manufacture.
Started by company founder and Managing Director, Martin Gambling, GRM began as a one-man company based in his kitchen. Having continually expanded since its origins, GRM now operates from its head-offices in Leamington Spa, UK with an experienced team of analysts, designers and software developers.Our ethics promote employee responsibility and pride in everything we deliver.
Our core experience, upon which the organisation is built, is the development and application of design optimisation methodologies to solve complex engineering problems in the most efficient and cost effective way. GRM is proud to be using optimisation technology to produce the most efficient designs possible. GRM are proactively looking to develop practical methods to include optimisation in more and more areas.
